For this blog post, I chose to focus on the brand Barebells. Barebells is a protein bar company that has been increasingly popular in the last few years. They also sell protein soda and milk drinks, but their main focus is their protein bars. I am interested in this product because I have tried so many different types of protein bars, but Barebells are my favorite. I was also increasingly interested because they have become even more popular as more people try them and enjoy them, just like I had. Barebells value proposition is that they make great tasting protein bars that fit into a diet. They also bring value to the customer because of the wide array of different flavors they offer, from orange creamsicle to mint chip, and many more in between. The first thing that people are commenting on is the new strawberry soft protein bar. Many people are saying things like "need it!" and "will this come to Canada?" I was interested in this article and this advertisement from Lego and FIFA because I am a big soccer fan, and am looking forward to the 2026 World Cup happening in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. I was also very interested in this because of how Lego incorporated the use of AI in the advertisement, along with the likeness of some of the biggest soccer stars in the world like Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.   VIDEO LINK lego.com The article goes into great detail about the advertisement and first describes the scenes that play out. Each one is trying to add their custom Lego mini figure to a Lego replica of the FIFA World Cup trophy. Eventually, after they are all unsuccessful, a small boy walks in a does it himself. The article calls the advertisement "Clean, playful, and utterly disarming." Then, the article starts to talk about the significance of the advertiseme...

About Me

My name is Logan Tiffany and I am a sophomore Business Administration student at Oregon State University.  I am from Sacramento CA, and like watching the Sacramento Kings and (formally Oakland A's) although they always find a way to lose. I was excited to take this course because it is my first marketing class that I have taken in college, along with it being necessary for my business degree. I am most interested in learning about how successful companies capture and retain customers, along with selling their whole brand, rather than just individual products. I really like to play soccer and basketball, go to the gym, listen to music and spend time with my family.     *my friend Oscar and I on Halloween
